Easter at Peace River

It was another very nice gathering here at Peace River for Easter Dinner. While the park seems to be starting to clear out quickly - there had to be somewhere between 80-100 people that arrived with dish to pass. The park provided the Turkey and Ham - and the rest of us brought a dish to pass.

Above - Park Manager, Elnor address the group and then joins the staff in serving the Turkey and Ham.... As your table number was called, you made your way to the food table to fill you plate - making sure not to forget the dessert table!

We were sitting at table number 8 and only one table was left to be called after us. Some of the dishes were already empty - but there was such a variety that there was plenty to fill out plates. Rich and Dee, along with Austin, Arik and Nathan sat at our table. (Where is Krystal!!!! - We have not seen her in days..............and Rich is threatening to file a missing persons report!!) Tom, was at the table next to ours and was celebrating his 79th Birthday!

When we arrived home and turned on the computer - we were greeted by the smiling face of our grandson, Dalton - donning his favorite Easter attire!!!

  1. I'm cracking up at Rich's threat to file a missing person's report. I am so bummed that we missed giving both of you good-bye hugs as we left this morning. We have really enjoyed our time with you all and are looking forward to hopefully spending next winter together too!
